This page explains what Northflo, an agency in Vancouver, BC, collects through northflo.ai.
What we collect
When you request a strategy call, we collect your name, your clinic’s name, your email and your phone number. If you use the “Ask anything else” box in the FAQ, we receive the question you type. If you leave a review, we collect your name, your role and practice, your review, your star rating and an optional photo. We also count visits and which pages are viewed, without cookies and without identifying you. When you send a request, your browser tells us how you first found the site, for example a Google search or a link on Instagram. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To reply to you, set up a call, and follow up about working together. We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it goes
Strategy-call requests are stored with our hosting provider, Vercel, and sent to our inbox on Google Workspace. If you book a time, Google Calendar handles the booking and the confirmation. Questions typed into the ask box are sent to Anthropic, whose AI model writes the answer. We keep the questions themselves, but not who asked them, so we can improve our answers and this site. Visit counts are handled by Vercel. Reviews and photos are stored with Vercel too, and a review only appears on the site after you’ve given permission and we’ve approved it.
